Disabled Children Mark International Children’s Day

 

A gathering of disabled children took place at the Taedonggang District Gymnasium in Pyongyang on Friday, the 68th anniversary of International Children’s Day.

Attending it were Kim Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, officials concerned, disabled children, kindergarteners of Tongmun Kindergarten 2 in the district and their teachers and parents, foreign guests and overseas compatriots.

A speech was made by Song Hyang Chun, director of the Korean Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disability, before an art performance and sports and amusement games by disabled children and kindergarteners.
